We ship all orders from our fulfillment location in Australia.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

   Standard shipping is free for orders over $100.00.
   For orders between $0.00–$99.99, a flat rate of $10.00 applies.
2. Express Shipping
   Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00. 
   Delivery times for domestic orders typically range between 1–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries including Canada, Finland, France, and other eligible destinations.

Standard International Shipping
A flat rate of $20.00 applies.
Estimated delivery time is between 6–27 business days.

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. Play and Paws is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

 

Incorrect Address
